From beginning to end it’s just been a wonderful experience. I happen to be President of this condominium (23 units) but they all have to be getting to the point where they’ll have to be replaced because the furnaces are 28 years old. This Saturday I had a problem with my boiler and thermostat. I called for service. I’m calling you Sunday, December 6. Neal from P.K. Wadsworth was just out.  I’m really impressed by the quality of the service you provided.   On a Sunday, P.K. Wadsworth was able to come and drill holes all through the intake and outtake to monitor the air flow and temperature of the furnace.  In addition, two other guys were on a conference call to go over the readings and figure out that ultimately there was a problem with the behavior of the variable gas valve on the furnace from the differences in the temperatures and pressures of the gas versus the air speed. To do it all on a Sunday is really great quality service. Thanks very much for having this quality of service to stand behind your product.  Sandy, Pepper Pike

We just wanted to say we’ve been very happy with our high efficiency furnace installation. We had been keeping the temperature at 65 through the day and being chilly.
