My ac unit stopped working so I called PK Wadsworth 🙃. A few days later a technician arrives first he says it's the thermostat, next it was the condensation pump. Long story short he advised me to replace the condensation pump unit so I agreed to ...that yet the air conditioning system still wasn't working . Next he quoted me for an electrical outlet repair. Per the tech work summary both my initial condensation pump and electrical outlet was functional upon his arrival. I reached out to Mike ( customer service manager) whom is very unprofessional and unresponsive over five voice-mails later he advised me that a technician would be out to repair the electrical outlet and he would credit the repair because my condensation pump shouldn't have been replaced as it was a electrical outlet issue from the beginning. The same technician whom lied and overcharged me initially replaced the electrical outlet without incident but my card was charged for a repair that (customer service manager Mike) stated will be handled by the company. After another round of games( mike is in meetings, mike boss is in meetings, next mike is a lunch etc) for multiple weeks and ignored voice-mails to Mike he finally reached out saying a refund will be issued .Sadly only a partial refund was received and now no answers from Mike. The finance department stated its an Mike issue. Welp unfortunately my air conditioning unit stopped working and the condensation pump unit failed now my home has water damage. This experience hasn't been pleasant at all and I am out of hundreds of dollars yet no ac. 🥵🥵 I will try to find the energy to play games with this company. Update July 25 2022: AC unit appears to be properly operating. The condensation pump unit was replaced again. PK Wadsworth tech Rusty wasn't sure why the new condensation pump failed but he replaced it without incident. Please note Rusty was honest , professional and thorough; he definitely understands customer service and knows his stuff. It's simple I expected a honest diagnostic and recommendation. I didn't expect the unethical behavior and silly games from multiple people at this company. I wouldn't recommend this company it's been very difficult doing business with them. I honestly question if I ever needed a condensation pump from the beginning. I will update this post again once I discuss the water damage concerns with the owner. Be well.Read More...

I called and said I wanted someone to check out my a/C and clean it up, perform maintenance. They said sure for $69 they will come "do maintenance and check for problems (inspection)." The guy comes. He's pleasant. He uses his camera to look around. ...Stares at my thermostat for a few minutes. Outside, he crouches next to the blower unit and talks on his phone, goes to his van, comes back and croucheds some more. That was life 40 minutes. Doesn't open the thing. At the end, he recommends things to repair/ replace, totalling $3000. He didn't clean anything, didn't replace the filter, didn't really touch anything except with the camera. His report says he "performed a tune up". What was tuned,? Nothing was touched. Really unhappy. The manager i talked to was very evasive like, yeah, he came and did his work. The tech was suppose to send me an invoice and estimate as well, and didn't. I didn't get them until calling in and talking to the manager. Really unsatisfied.Read More...

Bradley performed a service check on out A/C Unit. He did a very thorough inspection and explained to us the repairs that will be needed and also scheduled us our next appointment on the spot. We are very pleased with P.K Wadsworth.
