Here’s how it works: We’ll come to your home twice.
1st visit
Our technician will come to your home and perform a complete tune-up on the outside cooling unit. We can cover 80% of our regular tune-up tasks and verify that the system’s operational. And, in most cases, we’ll be able to identify common problems that may impact your system.
2nd visit
Give us a call when you decide you’re comfortable with us entering your home. Our tech will bounce back another day to complete the inside tune-up service, at no additional charge. We’ll even double-check the outside unit to make sure everything is operating at peak performance.
Or, we can complete our standard precision tune-up. It’s your choice.
