Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote/Work from Home (Candidates MUST be based in Northeast Ohio to be considered!

Brief Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a first impression that radiates that our company is extremely competent and capable of managing the caller’s challenges.
  • Engage in outbound and inbound calling to best keep the schedule full for the technicians
  • Provide consistency to customers while utilizing the company best practices scripting
  • Efficiently schedule the client based on company guidelines
  • Accurately record information from the call
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
  • Customer service experience (1 year required)
  • Phone etiquette experience (1 year required)
  • Call center experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Data Entry skills
  • Above average communication skills
  • Be able to accept constructive criticism and open to continuous improvement and skill development
  • HVAC/Plumbing experience (helpful, not required)
  • Dispatching experience (helpful, not required)
  • Dependable
  • Ability to work well in a close team environment

Pay: $16 – $18 per hour
