Not Too Hot, Not Too Cold, Just Right.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with retail in-home selling or other sales experience selling to the consumer. There is no travel involved, but you must be willing to have a flexible schedule for some evening and occasional Saturday appointments as needed. You must have reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record. Direct experience in heating and cooling contracting is not required.
INCOME POTENTIAL: You must be open to a compensation structure that is commission and performance-based. The general range of compensation is $50-100k+/year.
PRIMARY MISSION: To responsively convert leads into paying customers by helping the prospect who needs our goods and services choose to use them. Once a customer has agreed to place his trust in us, to meet or exceed his requirements.
CUSTOMER: Residential homeowner in the greater Cleveland area. Most of our clientele is located in the suburbs surrounding Cleveland.
THE MAJOR RESULTS EXPECTED FROM THIS JOB ARE:
- To equal or exceed the sales quota with an appropriate product mix.
- A lead-to-close ratio meeting or exceeding company targets
- To supplement company developed leads via referrals and prospecting.
- Provide a clear scope of work to the installation department to facilitate a clean, efficient installation.
