P.K. Wadsworth is an excellent HVAC service company. All communication is extremely helpful to include a service call reminder email with the technician’s photo. I opted for the Preferred Service Plan which has many benefits. I have had the Spring and Winter (had this done a few weeks early) maintenance and both technicians have been extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of property. Also, office personnel is just as professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of having Mike O. from PK Wadsworth visit my home for an AC check-up. Even though I mistakenly overlooked our 8 am appointment, Mike showed immense patience and kindness, waiting outside for 20 minutes. Once the visit began, his friendly demeanor, positive energy, and extensive knowledge truly stood out. I appreciated his professional yet personable small talk throughout the check-up. Mike O. certainly deserves a 5-star rating, and I am eagerly looking forward to working with him again in the future. Highly recommended!

I put a request to have a diagnostic done and the rep was there within the hour. Professional and nice! Spoke in a way I understood all and even helped with a side issue for the HVAC system he was not here for! Would highly recommend and will be using anytime it's needed!

I had an excellent experience with every person I interacted with when I got my furnace replaced and AC unit installed. Scheduling was easy, Malcolm offered a great deal, and Skip and Jamal left the area pristine after installation. Truly can’t recommend enough!

Ist time using this company, very satisfied with their job! From scheduling to finish installation just within 2 days, Efficient and seamless. Jacob did the diagnostic test, giving me sufficient info for me to make decision. Eric did consult and helped me getting a good deal. Skip and Jamel installed the AC, very organized, no litter.
